Who is Malcolm?


Malcolm Nicholls is a bodyworker, yoga & meditation teacher with over 15 years experience as a specialist in Hellerwork therapy.

He is also a leadership facilitator, and has worked with leaders around the world teaching embodiment practices.

What is Anxiety Unloaded?

Anxiety Unloaded is a 4-week course that will help you demystify anxiety and help alleviate it from your life.

How does it work?

The course consists of a series of explanatory videos that are distributed across the four weeks that are intended to give you all the information you need to understand anxiety. 

Then, alongside the explanatory videos, each week there will be a specific relaxation practice for you to do each day, combined with tips and practices that you can use in your daily life to prevent anxiety from rising up in your day.

Can I watch all the videos at once?

No. We deliberately hold the release of the following week's videos and practices, so that you can fully focus on the work for this week.

Ummm, ok. Why?

One of the key issues for people with anxiety is often a difficulty to stay in the present. There is a tendency to jump ahead, which itself stimulates the feeling of fear and anxiety. We intend to prevent that from happening by keeping you focused on only what you're doing right now. This as well as giving the body the time it needs to integrate each exercise. Step-by-step, or it really will become overwhelming and then nothing changes.

What if I have questions as I am going through the course?

It is very common to want to have all of your questions answered from the outset, and again this is a common experience, not just for people with anxiety, but for all people. 
However, we believe in this course that we have most of your questions answered somewhere over the course of the four weeks, which means that we invite you to simply follow the instructions and trust that your questions will be answered somewhere along the way (we know this can be challenging, but go with it. Trusting in the process here will allow you to find a bit of trust in life too!). 

Why is the program 4 weeks?

In neuroscience four weeks are often considered the optimum time for people to make or break a habit. It is our hope that in the four weeks of this course you break the anxiety habit and create new habits of calmness in your body.
